The 2-Week Skin Reset Guide

The 2-Week Skin Reset Guide - Three Ships

You’ve committed to two weeks. Now let’s make it count.

Skin thrives on consistency, and this reset is designed to give your skin a break from the constant switching, layering, and overdoing. With a simple routine focused on hydration and balance, you’re giving your skin the space to reset and respond.

This guide will walk you through each step so you know what’s normal, what’s working, and what to expect as your skin adjusts.

How to use your kit

Inside your Best Sellers Trial Kit are four clinically tested, all-natural formulas designed to work together, morning and night, to help your skin recalibrate. Below, you’ll find exactly how to use each one so you can get the most out of your routine.

Purify Cleanser

When it comes to cleansing, harder doesn’t mean better. Our Purify Aloe + Amino Acid Gel Cleanser is super gentle on your skin, and hard on dirt.

How to use: Apply a quarter-sized amount to wet face, massaging in circular motions. Rinse off thoroughly and pat face dry.

Jelly Drops Serum

Hydration, without the weight. Jelly Drops Kakadu Plum + Mushroom Hyaluronic Acid Serum uses Tremella Mushroom, a natural alternative to hyaluronic acid, to give your skin a light layer of moisture that absorbs easily and keeps things balanced.

How to use: Apply 1-2 drops to clean skin in the morning. Wait at least two minutes before applying your next product.

SkinHero Serum

Nighttime is when your skin resets, and this is where SkinHero Calendula + 2% Bakuchiol Bio-Retinol Serum comes in. It helps smooth the look of texture, even tone, and reduce the appearance of breakouts while supporting hydration.

How to use: Apply a dime-sized amount to clean skin at night.

Radiance Cream

Hydration that stays put. Radiance Grape Stem Cell + Squalane Ultra-Hydrating Cream is a fast-absorbing, non-greasy cream that helps replenish moisture and keep skin feeling soft and balanced throughout the day.

How to use: Massage a dime-sized amount after applying serums.

What to expect on your 2-week journey

Everyone’s skin responds a little differently, but having a sense of what’s ahead can make the process feel a lot more clear and encouraging. Below, we’ve outlined what you may notice throughout your 2-week reset, so you know what to look for and how your skin might be responding along the way.

Day 1-7: The Adjustment Phase

Within the first few days, your skin may start to adjust to the new routine. You might notice small changes in texture or a breakout or two, especially since this may be a new skincare routine for your skin. This doesn’t mean it’s not working. It’s often just your skin recalibrating as it gets used to a consistent routine. These shifts are typically temporary and a normal part of the process.

By the end of the first week, things should start to feel a bit more settled. You may notice your skin feeling more balanced, with hydration starting to improve and any initial texture changes beginning to smooth out. It’s still early, but this is usually when your skin starts to adjust and find its rhythm.

Here’s what’s starting to happen:

  • More balanced oil production:

    • This shift is happening thanks to the Amino Acids in your Purify Cleanser.

  • Bouncier hydration:

  • Smoother-looking texture:

  • Long-lasting moisture:

    • This lasting hydration comes from Grape Stem Cells and Squalane in your Radiance Cream

Day 8-14: Results Begin

As you move into the first few days of week two, your skin is starting to respond more consistently to the routine. You may notice it feeling more hydrated, softer to the touch, and more balanced overall. Any initial adjustments from week one should begin to settle, with your skin feeling a bit more stable day to day.

Toward the end of week two, these changes can become more noticeable. Skin may look smoother, more even, and feel more comfortable overall. While this isn’t the final result, it’s a strong sign your skin is responding and building toward longer-term improvements.

Continue your progress

Did you know your skin takes about 28 days to complete a full cycle? That means the changes you’re seeing around day 14 are just the beginning. Over these first two weeks, you’re helping your skin reset, but the real transformation continues as your skin renews itself over time.

With consistent use, you may start to see more noticeable improvements in hydration, texture, and overall balance as you move through a full cycle. This is where your routine really starts to pay off.

If you want to keep that momentum going, your full-sized routine is waiting for you.

My trial kit arrived today, so I followed the instruction supplied in your email. I wrote yesterday asking if these products were ok to use around the eyes, a you do not give an eye cream sample, which for me is very important.

I did a delay on my start so I just started this today.
Can you make sure that I still have the 2 weeks to try out the product?

Xan you please send me the information for the first week?

    Please advise.

My kit hasn’t arrived yet. I will have to wait to begin. As there is nothing for around the eyes, what products can be used around the eyes without causing major puffiness? Thank you
