Three Ships "Skin Consultation and Prize Package" Rules & Regulations

1. SPONSOR
The “Skin Consultation and Prize Package” contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Niu Body Inc. o/a Three Ships, located at 180 John Street, Toronto M5T 1X5, Ontario, Canada.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their province of residence, whichever is older at the time of entry and  had an active Disney+ subscription prior to June 1, 2026. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Niu Body Inc. o/a Three Ships and The Walt Disney Company (Canada) Ltd (“Disney”) and each of their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, successors or assigns, and their immediate family members and/or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the contest page hosted on threeshipsbeauty.ca, accessed through the Disney+ Perks module, and complete the online entry form by providing your full name, email address, and province of residence. Limit one (1) entry per person. Marketing opt-in is optional and not required to enter or win. 

4. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).

5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a prize consisting of one (1) virtual skin consultation by a certified skin therapist, conducted over Google Meets or phone call (based on the winner’s choice), and a Three Ships skincare routine which will include:

  • One (1) cleanser of the winner's choice from the available Three Ships cleanser products

  • One (1) serum of the winner's choice from the available Three Ships serum products

  • One (1) moisturizer of the winner's choice from the available Three Ships moisturizer products

The winner will be contacted via email by Three Ships to schedule the consultation. The total approximate retail value of the prize is up to $175 CAD, depending on the products selected. Products are subject to availability at the time of fulfillment. No cash alternative or substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about July 17, 2026. The selected entrant will be contacted by email and must respond within five (5) business days to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. If the selected entrant does not respond in time, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered via email or phone.

8. PUBLICITY
By entering the Contest, the winner consents to the use of their first name, province, and likeness for promotional purposes by Three Ships, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Contest will be used only for the purposes of contest administration and communication with the entrant. If a participant opts in to receive marketing communications, their contact information will be added to Three Ships’ email list in accordance with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). 10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Three Ships reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time for any reason, including fraud or technical issues. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

11. DISCLAIMER
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or third party on which it may be promoted.

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Niu Body Inc. o/a Three Ships, Disney and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, Contest partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of each of them (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. 

13. GOVERNING LAW
The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
